Midwestern by Design
Jodi has more than 100 custom home builds and commercial renovations under her belt. But the project that held the most personal value—the one with the highest stakes—was the home she planned and dreamt of for more than a decade.
Outdoor Oasis
When Heather Killie and Richard Ingraham set out to design their dream home in Windham, New Hampshire, they wanted to be involved in every detail, from collaborating with the architect on the overall design to working with the builder to choose the best materials.
A Stunning Exterior
Steve Machtolf and his wife decided to remodel both the interior and exterior of their home. Machtolf wanted a siding that wouldn't need a lot of maintenance. After attending home shows, he was introduced to Celect and found exactly what he was looking for.
Exterior Upgrade
Interior designer Lisa Stretton was spending too much of her time and money repainting and repairing her home exterior. She also had enough of the woodpecker holes in her wood siding. She was ready for siding that looked and felt upscale, had lasting curb appeal and virtually eliminated her maintenance issues.
Beautiful Conversion
Sherry and Bruce Berman saw the potential beauty in an old New Jersey seaside garage and set out to transform it from the studs up into their dream home. Their extensive makeover spanned 10 months and included a brand new kitchen, plus new bedrooms, bathrooms, outdoor space and last but not least, siding that would stand up to years of ocean salt spray.
From Admiration to Motivation
As soon as they set foot in the 100-year-old historic New Glasgow, Nova Scotia home, Susan and Marty Malcolm knew it was for them. They also knew what they needed to do to preserve its character while cutting down on maintenance.
Rugged Elegance
Ron and Caprice Pratt worked their entire lives to have a waterside retirement home. When they finally got the opportunity to build it, they wanted to be sure their siding held up to the harsh weather and significant annual rainfall. So when it came to siding must-haves, low maintenance and durability were at the top of the list.
A new build with lasting beauty.
After losing their home in a devastating fire, Ontario homeowners James and Robyn Keene set out to build a new modern farmhouse for their family of four. Top of mind for the young homeowners? Selecting a design that would suit their growing family and high quality materials that included Celect® Cellular Composite Siding.
A Stunning Exterior
Stuart and Cathy Malone are retirees, but they haven’t retired their passion for the outdoors. They purchased a vacation property in the South Carolina Lowcountry where they could enjoy maritime forests and spectacular coastal views. They also wanted a casual living environment they could enjoy year-round.
A Garden Retreat
As a landscape designer, Cathy has masterminded dozens of decks for her clients and weighed the pros and cons of every decking product on the market. When it came time to update her own deck, she wanted a material that would give her a beautiful outdoor environment without requiring constant maintenance.
Cozy Outdoor Spaces
The Kaufmanns wanted to convert a steep, graveled surface behind their house into a top-of-the-line outdoor living space where they could entertain guests year-round. The homeowners also wanted a high-end deck that looked like an extension of their indoor living environment.
Decking luxury in two tiers.
A homeowner was looking to create a next-level two-tiered deck around their backyard pool. They reached out to Jim Hartley, owner of Handyman Hartley, who brought their vision to life using Zuri® Premium Decking in Chestnut. Zuri combines the unique natural beauty of exotic hardwood with the durability and low maintenance of PVC.
Emboldening a Classic Colonial
When Giovanni Petrole, a managing partner with ABC Supply, decided he was ready to remodel the exterior of his home, he had an advantage that few homeowners do—he’s been in the business of selling siding, roofing, windows and other exterior home products for nearly three decades.
